ALAN RYAN
POST-PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Alan Ryan has worked in the television and media industry for 40 years at Seven Network Australia, Crawford Productions Australia, and ABC-TV. He is a video editor, finishing editor and colourist. Alan has a wide range of experience in video post-production for TV drama, arts and documentary.
He is a technical consultant for all aspects of video production. Most recently Alan was the colourist and finishing editor for Backroads, a Natural History documentary, Project Lazarus and comedy series Luke warm sex and Fancy Boy.
MARK STREET
DIRECTOR
Mark has worked in the film and TV industry for 25 years as Producer/Director/Camera/editor/sound designer. Most of his work has been at the ABC on a variety of productions in Drama, Comedy, and Documentary. Mark has produced arts segments for on-air and online: featuring artists, curators, galleries and musicians from Gilbert and George to the Bollywood film festival. And filming in locations as diverse as Alice Springs to Cape Town in South Africa. His work in the arts continued with Inside Art a series independent from the ABC, based in all the major galleries in Melbourne including the NGV, the Arts Centre, and ACCA. He met William Kelly whilst producing a documentary on the development of art in regional Victorian towns.
FIONA COCHRANE
PRODUCER
Producer Fiona Cochrane has produced and/or directed several independent Australian feature films as well as numerous documentaries and short films. Her recent documentaries include the feature-length documentaries Women are the answer , Joe Camilleri: Australia’s Maltese Falcon and Rachel: A Perfect Life, as well as television documentaries All in her Stride, Music of the Brain, Opera Therapy, Tug of War and Screaming' Wheelies. Her films have screened at numerous international festivals and received many international awards. Fiona is also medically trained and continues to work as a General Practitioner in Melbourne.
DAVID MUIR
SOUND
David has worked at all the major TV networks in Australia for the past 40 years. He has experienced all aspect of sound recording, music engineering and audio post production for first run TV drama, documentaries, comedy and the arts. David has recently taken on the role of Associate Producer on a six part series of The Art of Story, a series about creative writing and story telling for screen, And No place like home, is a six part series about population migration as a normal part of human behaviour.
TERRY CANTWELL
MULTIMEDIA/WRITER
Terry is a documentary maker and writer who has worked as a radio producer, a print journalist, a book author and video editor. Terry has written for the Canberra Times, Fairfax and numerous magazines. He has produced news content for Channel 7, Channel 9 and ABC. Terry has written and produced a number of documentaries including A Drop in the Ocean: The Story of the SS Glenelg, Our Sons as Well and Faces of Frankston: Migrant Stories. He is also the author of two books Five Sides of the Fence and Misspelt Youth.
